For a chance to win one of the prizes, you have to select two sets of 3D numbers in the range from 000 to 999.
These two form a six-digit number, but you’re not done yet. You will also have to select one of the 12 Chinese zodiac signs. Thus, your final entry in the lottery is going to look something like this: 234153 + Rooster.

The final bet possibility that is unique to 3 + 3D Bonus is called Z & iZ bet. In this case, you can cover all 12 of the Chinese zodiac signs. If your 3d + 3D number is drawn for the top three prizes, you will win the bonus award this way. The cost of this bet is 12 ringgits.

In November 2018, a technician from Selangor won 3.1 million ringgits from DaMaCai.
The lucky player has a hunch he’d get lucky, which is why he decided to test out the new game. The six-digit number was 123901 and he picked his own Chinese zodiac sign – rat. Both of these were correct. The first prize was set at 2.996 million ringgits. The player also got a 120,000-ringgit bonus based on the zodiac sign selection.
Players can start making prize claims on the day following the DaMaCai 3 + 3D Bonus drawing. They have three months in order to cash out the respective amount.
